HMC-30- Tatín Cake

This is my first challange for HMC. The theme for the month of February was the apple, and I decided to do this classis Tatín cake. Is easy to make, and you have to eat it warm.
Ingredients:
for the dough:
200 grams all porpouse plour
125 gramas softened butter
60 grams caster sugar
2 egg yolks
--------------
4 apples
40 grams butter
100 grams caster sugar
Mix the butter and the Flour, add the sugar, and at last the egg yolks. Knead until you get an homogeneus dough. Wrap with cellophane and leave it in the fridge about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven at 200ºC.
In a pan suitable for oven, melt the butters and the sugar until caramelized. Peel the apple and cut into wedges. Put them is the pan and leaveat medium fire about 15 minutes. Take the mass from the fridge, and spread with a roller.Cover the pan with the dough and put the pan in the oven about 20 minutes. Low the oven temperature up to 160 degrees and bake the cake for 20 minutes more.
Take the cake from the oven, Turn it around and ready to eat!
