Skiing breakfast/ Sourdough Panettone recipe

I spent last weekend skiing with some friends in Luz Ardiden. We had a really  good time, had fun,we ski a lot. And we had a good breakfast too. I made one white bread, one raisins and nuts bread, a blueberry cake and a Panettone.

I recommend this Sourdouhg Panettone recipe. It's very easy to do and delicius.
You need:
300 grams sourdough
650 grams italian oo flour or strong flour
14 grams salt
150 gram sugar
grated orange zest
2 eggs
275 grams milk
200 grams chocolate chips ( I used black and white)
To make the panettone you should proceed as is the walnuts and raisins bread recipe, but when baking, preheat the oven to 165ºC and bake the panettone for one hour and ten minutes.
