Errege-opila/King-bread

First of all, happy new year! Iknow that it's a little  bit late, but  I have been very busy last week...I have some changes in my work, and although the changes were to improve, theese early days takes me a while to situate.
But I had time to make this king -bread! I used sourdough and fresh yeast, and the result was fantastic. I will put the recipe soon!
