I'm talking about donuts. For me, this recipe is the closest to authentic ones. I have performed several experiments, for example using soy milk instead of milk and the result was realy good.
This time I use buttermilk instead of milk and according to "popular vote", these are the best donuts I have ever done.
About the covering, well, I'm not specially "a sugar lover" but (I can't drink the coffee and the tea with sugar, even yogourth, I find this disgusting) in this case, I prefer the sugar glace than chocolate glace. And you?
