Brick pasta rolls stuffed with mushrooms and parmesan



Yestaerday , I get home at 8:30pm, and I was so tired after a hard working day. I opened the door of the fridge, and there was not more than scraps. Some lightly fried mushrooms,  a piece of parmesan, some baby spinach, and a packet  of pasta brick. So I decided to made this roolls that I baked in the oven (you can fry them in olive oil too). For accompany I put some baby spinach and carrot saldad dressed  with raspberry vinegar and olive oil.
Thank goodness it's friday!Tomorrow morning I will go to the market and I'll fill up the fridge as it should be...
A house with the fridge empty is not a house!
