Saturday... and it's raining again



but, I don't mind!
I have taken all morning to cook. The result was a veritable menu of Saturday! Salad of warm goat cheese, onion soup and spinach gnocchi, chateu Tayac for drinking. And for dessert ... warm chocolate cake! With a glass of Pedro Ximenez.

Salad with warm goat cheese recipe:





Ingredients:
150 grams of goat cheese
2 slices bread
100 grams of mixed lettuce
25grams pine nuts
50 grams of black olives
For the dressing:
1 tablespoon grain mustard
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Salt
Black pepper
3 Tablespoons olive oil.
Cut cheese into slices one centimeter thick, and put on each slice of bread. Mix the ingredients for the dressing. Place the dressing in a bowl, add lettuce leaves, pine nuts and olives, and mix everything well. Put the goat cheese in the oven for two minutes. Put immediately on aligned lettuce.


Onion soup recipe:





Ingredients: (for six people)
50 grams of butter
750 grams of onions cut into thin slices
3 cloves crushed garlic, peeled and chopped
25 grams of flour
1.5 liters of vegetable broth
200 ml white wine
1 bay leaf
Thyme
Ground black pepper
Salt
6 slices of bread
100 grams of grated cheese gruyer.
Melt the butter in a large saucepan, add onion and cook over low heat for 50 minutes. Add garlic and flour and mix well. Add broth and wine and cook slowly for 15 minutes. Add the bay leaf and thyme, salt and black pepper, and cook another four minutes. Toast the bread and putcheese on top and gratin in the oven. Serve the soup in bowls with the toast on top.
Spinach gnocchi recipe:
Ingredients:

600 grams of potatoes
350 grams of spinach
150 grams of flour
1 egg yolk
Salt
Ground black pepper
75 grams of butter
100 g blue cheese
Cook the potatoes and make a pure. Cook spinach without water until tender, and remove all liquid. Mix mashed potatoes with spinach, egg yolk, flour, salt and ground black pepper. Take small portions and make balls. In a saucepan with water,cook the gnocchi (until they float, about two minutes). Grease a baking pan with butter, place the gnocchi, add blue cheese and butter in pieces. Put in the oven at 180 º C for 10 minutes. Serve.


And for drinking


Hot Chocolate cake recipe:






Ingredients: (for three cake)
2 eggs
75 grams of black chocolate
50 grams of sugar
35 grams of butter
25 grams of flour
15 grams of cocoa powder
Whisk the sugar with butter. On the other bowl, beat the egg and the yolk of the other. Melt the chocolate and mix with eggs. Add flour. Whisk the egg white and add to mixture. Pour the dough into the molds. Put in the oven at 220 º C for eight minutes. Serve immediately.
