Baked mackerel with garlic and chilli sauce

Yesterday when I get home I found this freshest mackerel. This fish has many thorns but is very tasty and I like to cook it the simplest way, because it is a fish that does not need much seasoning.

Preheat the oven at 200ÂșC. Put the fish whole but gutted in the oven just with a little salt. Baked for 18-20 minutes (depending the size). At the same time in a frying pan to fry the laminated garlic and chilli in extra virgin olive oil. Remove the mackerel from the oven, take off the spine.Take a little apple-vinegar over and the garlic and chilli sauce too.
