No doubt, one of the best inventions of the gastronomy it is the pizza! Easy to do and with infinity of possibilities, it is possible to adapt to the taste of anyone. This combination of warm mass with fresh vegetables is one of my favorites!
Ingrtedients:
- Tomato souce
- 100 grams of sweet ham
- A ball of mozzarela
- 6 mushrooms
- 6 black olives
- Oregano Basil
- Maldom salt
- Black olives
- Watercress
To do the bread, crumble the yeast in water close to the sugar. Put the flour in a big bowl, to do a hole in way and add water, salt and a spoonful of oil. Mix everything with the hands up to joining it. Knead it during 10 minutes. It is necessary to obtain an uniform ball.
Put the ball in a bowl covered with a rag and leave it one hour and a half until it doubles the volume.
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Cut the mushrooms in strips and put them in a frying pan with little oil. Dust flour in the table, catch the mass and open her in the shape of pizza. Add sauce of tomato, mushrooms and sliced mozzarela. Add also the chunks of ham and the black olives. Put oregano, basil and sal. Place it in the oven for 10 minutes.
Once out, to put the watercress, little salt maldom and a jet of oil.
