Cream of gourd with Parmesan

These days of cold, rain, even of snow, there is nothing as a warm soup or cream to enter heat. This simple recipe is one of my favorites, because it is simple and tasty simultaneously.
Ingredients:
  • 4 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 500 grams of gourd
  • 1 onion
  • Celery
  • 4 carrots
  • 2 potatoes
  • A liter of vegetable broth
  • Parmesan stone chips
  • Salt, ground black pepper and ground nutmeg
Put the pressure cooker to medium fire. Add the olive oil, and gild the onion cut in juliana. Peel the carrots, the gourd and and potatoes and cut into pieces. Add the vegetables to the pressure cooker, add the vegetable broth and a little bit of salt. Raise the fire to the maximum. Cook during 5 minutes. Pass everything for the mixer. Serve in deep plates with ground black pepper and nutmeg and the parmesan stone chips. Take it very warmly, the cheese fuses and is delicious!
