Sourdough raisins and walnuts rye bread


Since I got my sourdough  my kitchen looks like a bakery! This raisins and walnust rye bread is perfect for breafast (the cobination with butter is excellent.


Ingredients:
200 grams of sourdough
150 grams rye flour
350grams bread flour
15 gram of honey
12 grams  of salt
250 grams warm water
90 grams raisins
90grams walnuts


Mix all the ingredients(except raisins and walnuts) for 10 minutes. Add the walnuts and the raisins and knead the dough until you get a smooth and homogeneus mass. Let it rising for another hour, knead a little bit more. Repit this this process one more time.
Shape dough  and let it rising for another 4 hours. Make a few cuts and bake the it for 40 minutes in the oven(220ºc)
