Casatiello by Peter Reinhart

Every time I pick Peter Reinhart's recipe book in my hands, I feel a kind of emotion and indecision. I want to do all recipes, and I don´t know with which to start!
This time I made a "Casatiello" which is almost the salty verssion of panettone. I used spicy sausage and cured cheddar.
Although this is already a meal in itsself, it´s also  an excellent sandwich bread.
