breakfast guinness-bread



This is one of my favorite  breads for breakfast. I love it because it tastes a little bitter that contrasts nicely with the softness of the butter and the sweetness of the blackberry jam.
Ingredients:
1 cup guinnes beer (boiled).
4 cups strong flour. 
1 teasponn salt.
1 tablespoon brown sugar.
1 pack dry yeast.
 Mix all the dryed ingredients and add the warm beeer. Knead until you get a homogeneus dough. Let ite rising about an hour.
Sprinkle the dough with oatmeals and put it  the mold. Let it rising again.Preheat the oven ti 200 degrees.Baked the dough for 40 minutes.
