Is one of the favourite dishes of my boyfriend. It´s not hard to do but it takes a long time. First you have to marinate the doves in wine for 24 hours. Then you have to fry them, and add the vegetables (one tomato, one ognion, one apple, 2 carrots, one leek), the wine, cognac,chiken stock and grated chocolate. The pigeons should be cooked for 2 hours. Then, pass the sauce on the mixer and it's ready to serve!
